working principle:

This equipment consists of two parts: the pressure swing absorption part and the Stirling cooler.

After the air flows into the compressor, it will be compressed to 0.7MPa. Then, it enters the PSA system after cooling and purification (removal of water, oil and dust). Under the condition of alternating pressure, the molecular sieve inside the PSA absorbs the remaining water, CO2 and oxygen in the air to obtain nitrogen with a certain purity, or the absorbed water, CO2 and oxygen will be used to regenerate the molecular sieve in the next cycle. The two absorber cylinders are switched with each other to provide continuous nitrogen gas. The nitrogen pressure will be released to a lower level and flow into the Stirling refrigerator, where it will be cooled by coolant. Finally get liquid nitrogen.
