PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology is a revolution in non-cryogenic air separation and oxygen generation technology, using a special grade of ZMS (Zeolite Molecular Sieve).

Compressed air passes through a twin-tower PSA module, which is interconnected with automatic switching valves. Air-dried after passing through a freeze dryer. The dry compressed air will now be in contact with the Zeolite Molecular Sieve (ZMS) bed. Zeolite molecular sieves are special grades of adsorbents with the characteristic of preferentially adsorbing nitrogen molecules. At one time, one column was kept under the nitrogen production cycle, while the other column was regenerated by depressurizing the column to atmospheric pressure. The expelled oxygen is sent to a buffer vessel where, with the help of a back pressure regulator, a minimum pressure will be maintained.

Application：

1.Medical: The generator can be set up to fill the hospital pipeline directly and use the filling ramp as a backup system. Oxygen cylinders can be filled simultaneously or during hours with low consumption.
